Warwickshire County Cricket Club beat Worcestershire by eight wickets in a T20 Midlands/Wales/West fixture tonight.
At New Road, the hosts batted first and had put thirty runs on the board before Ali was run out by Chopra.
Vikram Solanki who topscored with 32 was next out, caught by Barker before Jeetan Patel had Hughes trapped lbw and then caught Gareth Andrew.
Cameron and Mitchell put on a thirty one run partnership but when both went, Warwicks tightened the screw and reduced Worcestershire to 120-7 from their twenty overs.
Varun Chopra was in commanding form and although Warwicks lost Clarke and fit again Jim Troughton both for twelve, Chopra hit an unbeaten 49 and Darren Maddy 39 to see Warwicks home with eight wickets in hand and 21 balls to spare.
