Dan McLay has said that he will learn from his seventh place on Stage Four of the 103rd Tour De France.
McLay, from Leicester, who rides for Fortuneo Vital Concept said: "It was a tough finish that suited me.
"Seventh is a good result but above all, I am drawing the lessons from each sprint.
"Next time, I have more confidence and I'll try to stay a little less in the way and ensure I have 100% chance of succeeding."
