Thibaut Pinot of FDJ has won the time trial at the Tour de Romandie.
The course for this time trial around Sion was 15.11kms long and saw Stevan Lammertink of LottoNL-Jumbo set the early fastest time of 21.21.
That lasted until Dries Devenyns came home in 20.54 and Chris Froome finished in a stunning time of 20.30.
The Team Sky rider looked good for the win until Bob Jungels of Etixx Quick Step finished tenths of a second quicker than Froome and Tom Dumolin of Giant Alpecin finished in 20.23.
Then in came Thibaut Pinot of FDJ who finished in 20.21.800 to take the victory with Nairo Quintana keeping the race lead by 23 seconds.
