Warwickshire County Cricket Club continued to pile on the runs on the second day of their County Championship game against Sussex at Hove.
Resuming on 281.5, nightwatchman Chris Wright added fifteen runs before he was bowled by Jimmy Anyon.
Jon Trott passed the 150 mark but after reaching 178 he was caught by Yardy off the bowling of Nash to see Warwicks on 394-7.
Tim Ambrose came in and hit 75 and Rikki Clarke smashed an unbeaten 78 as Warwicks were eventually all out for 545.
In reply, Sussex ended the day on 57-2 with openers Nash and Joyce both gone.
