Warwickshire County Cricket Club declared on the opening day of their three day final friendly game against Oxford MCCU at The Parks.
Warwicks won the toss and batted first and were soon in trouble with Varun Chopra being trapped lbw by Kemp after making one run.
That was in the sixth over and was followed by a standard of 75 between Ian Westwood and Will Porterfield before Westwood was caught after making 37.
Porterfield, who had made 43 went eleven balls later caught behind to see Warwicks on 86-3.
Bodenstein who had taken the wicket of Porterfield then bowled Laurie Evans.
Jim Troughton and Tim Ambrose came together and put on 112 for the fifth wicket which sae Ambrose out for 59. Troughton battled on to past the fifty mark before he was out for 52, caught behind by Davison.
Peter McKay made four, Shozair Ali eight and Oliver Hannon-Dalby thirteen whilst at the other end, Tom Milnes was on his way to an unbeaten 52.
When, Milnes reached his half century, Warwicks declared on 293-9.
In the seventh ball of the Oxford innings, Tom Milnes had Sabin caught by Evans and it was 2-2 in the sixth over as Milnes had Bodenstein trapped lbw.
