Warwickshire County Cricket Club went down to an innings and 55 run defeat inside two days, on the second day of the County Championship game at Trent Bridge against Nottinghamshire.
Warwicks resumed on 13-0 but has happened so often this season, the batsman failed to find any rhythm and were out cheaply.
Embarrassingly, it was extras which totally 22 that was the top scorers for Warwicks. Skipper Ian Westwood and Chris Woakes (not out) both made 19, with Chopra and Clarke adding fifteen runs each.
Andre Adams took for 4-14 for Notts as Warwicks were all out for 121.
In their second innings, they were 64-1 in the 21st over. That became 84-2 when Darren Maddy was out with Varun Chopra who had made 54 following shortly afterwards.
Wickets then started to fall at an alarming rate with Troughton out for 12, Ambrose a golden duck, Javid one and Keith Barker ten.
Ryan Sidebottom had taken five wickets in the innings with the wicket of Barker and Adams and Franks were able to mop up the tail and see Warwicks all out for 152 and an innings and 55 runs defeat.
