Warwickshire County Cricket Club were beaten by Glamorgan Dragons on the Duckworth/Lewis method in their T20 game against Glamorgan.
At the Swalec in Cardiff, Warwicks, who had Paul Best in for Chris Wright, won the toss and batted first.
Laurie Evans made eight of Warwicks nine runs before he was caught by Croft off the bowling of Jones.
Will Porterfield came in and hit a four but in his third ball, he provided another wicket for Jones when he gave Walters a catch.
The rain started to come down and at the end of the fifth over with Warwicks on 38-2, the players were forced off.
They did return and Varun Chopra and Darren Maddy moved the score on but after 12 over and with Warwicks on 90-2, the players were forced off once again due to rain.
The game was reduced to 18 overs per side and play finally got back underway.
Darren Maddy was on 49 and going for his 50th run when he was run out and after Rikki Clarke had gone for a golden duck, Varun Chopra took his total past the fifty mark but when he was on 53, he was caught by Harris.
Warwicks did complete their eighteen overs and were 141-5.
This set Glamorgan 146 to win but with only eight over bowls and Chris Woakes having bowled North, the rain came down down with Glamorgan on 62-1.
No further play was possible, so it was down to Duckworth/Lewis to decidee the winner. That was Glamorgan, who won the game by five runs.
Warwickshire's next match in the T20 Midlands/Wales/West Group is on Tuesday when they face Northamptonshire at Edgbaston. Play is due to start at 7pm.
