Warwickshire County Cricket Club piled on the runs on the second day of their County Championship game with Lancashire.
Warwicks resumed at Edgbaston on 289-4 and added 43 before Darren Maddy who had made 44 was caught by Prince.
Tim Ambrose and Rikki Clarke came together. They put on 147 before Ambrose, was caught by Moore to give a third wicket for Kerigan, just four runs short of his century.
Clarke did make his century, off 162 balls in 196 minutes, hitting eight fours and three sixes.
He took his personal total to 123 and with Chris Woakes adding 43, Warwicks decided to declare on 557-6, which was their highest ever score against Lancashire.
In reply, Lancs finished on 61-5.
