Warwickshire County Cricket Club wrapped up a victory by an innings and 105 runs against Northamptonshire at Wantage Road.
Northamptonshire started the final day on 51-3, needing 238 more runs to avoid an innings defeat but only thirty one runs were added before Jeetan Patal had Middlebrook who had made fifty, caught by Jim Troughton.
Patal, then had Newton caught for two by Tim Ambrose and Chris Wright had Duckett caught by Porterfield.
Andy Hall added 25 until Chris Woakes took his fourth wicket of the innings and when Patal had Matt Sprigel caught bt Porterfield, Northants were in deep trouble with only two wickets remaining and 171 runs on the board.
Rikki Clarke came in and with the score on 185, he had Crook caught by Laurie Evans and three balls later had former Warwickshire loanee Maurice Chambers trapped lbw to give Warwicks the win by an innings and 105 runs.
