Warwickshire County Cricket Club beat Nottinghamshire by seven wickets on the final day of their County Championship game at Edgbaston.
Warwicks needed 228 runs to win today after being set a target of 289 and although they had Jon Trott out for nineteen, just three runs into the first session, Chris Wright and Sam Hain were able to push the score on.
Wright went for 45 caught behind by Chris Read but Hain and Tim Ambrose came together and put together a fifth wicket partnership of 108 before Hain was caught by Hales after making 63.
Chris Woakes went without scoring and Rikki Clarke made two but Ambrose, who made an unbeaten 82 and Keith Barker who finished on 23 not out, steered Warwicks to a seven wicket win
