Life for all those involved with Coventry City may have been a touch easier since the victory over Brighton & Hove Albion at Highfield Road on Saturday.
But tonight’s visit of Nottingham Forest to Highfield Road is a vital game if ever there was one. Following last nights results, City have dropped to 20th in the table but a win should ease their worries and make life a bit harder for Forest.
Adams who was delighted with his first home win has no fresh injury worries and could well stick with the sixteen which featured against Brighton.
He may add Stern John to the squad after letting the Trinidadian rest after long flights back from World Cup duty last week.
Forest whom City beat 4-1 earlier in the season, are looking for revenge and manager Gary Megson is expected to include Andy Melville who has missed the last three game through an ankle injury.
Megson who was never a popular figure when he played against the Sky Blues, is waiting on the fitness of Nuneaton born John Curtis, David Frio and Kris Commons.
City have failed to score in seven of their last eleven home games with Forest and have not beaten them at Highfield Road since 1998.
Tickets are still available for the game which kicks off at 7.45pm.
