City’s second home game of the season sees the visit of Southampton to the Arena (8pm kick off) and the first time that the Sky TV cameras will feature a game from the new playing venue for the Sky Blues.

Micky Adams will be without Matt Heath who will get a one game ban for being sent off at Sheffield United on Saturday. Adie Williams or Andy Whing who plays well at centre half for the reserves may deputise.

Stephen Hughes is doubtful with a recurrence of a back injury which he suffered during pre-season. Claus Jorgensen who replaced Hughes for the win over QPR is also doubtful with a hamstring injury.

Harry Redknapp and his assistant Sir Clive Woodward are set to name the same side which beat Crewe 2-0 at St Mary’s on Saturday.

City have played Southampton more times than any other team in the division. This will be the 107th meeting with City having won on 39 occasions compared to 35 for Southampton.

The last game between the two sides was in December 2001 and the Premiership fixture produced a 1-1 draw. However, City lost at The Dell in the League Cup but won the league game.

Travel Coventry are running a Sunday Service on the buses and you should check their website at http://www.travelcoventry.co.uk/

Tickets are available for the game but will only be on sale until 6pm on Monday.

There are no trains running between Coventry and Birmingham, so be prepared to leave early if you are on the train.

Take care when parking around the Arena as 49 parking tickets were dished out by Coventry City Council at the last home game.
