WHO ARE THEY?
Formed from two sides RAOC and St Martins in 1924. The first game at Edgar street was against Atherstone Town in the Birmingham Combination a few weeks later. They played their first Football League fixture in 1972 but were relegated to the Conference in 1996. They were promoted back to the Football League via the Conference Play-Offs after a nine year absence in May of this year.

Their former managers who have City links include Bob Dennison,John Sillett who had two spells and Greg Down. Graham Turner has managed the club since 1995 and is also their Chairman

RECENT FORM
City drew 1-1 at home to Leicester on Friday whilst Hereford lost 3-0 at Barnet on Saturday.

Coventry have never played Hereford in a league or cup tie.

TEAM NEWS
Stuart Giddings and David McNamee have hamstring injuries,Mikkel Bischoff an ankle injury as does Wayne Andrews. Adam Virgo has a partial rupture of a crucuate ligament in his knee. Jay Tabb has still not overcome an abdominal strain.

Graham Turner is likely to be without his skipper and defender Tamika Mkandawire and Wayne Brown.

Kick off is at 7.45pm. Admission is £15 adults (£12 concessions) in the stand and £13 adults (£9 concessions) on the terrace. You can pay on the gate.
The match must be finished on the night with extra-time and penalties if necessary to decide the winner.

From The North
M5 until junction 8, and exit onto the M50. At junction 2, take the A40 and then the A49 to Hereford. At the roundabout, take the Grayfriars Bridge/Victoria Street road. At Steels Garage, keep left into Edgar Street. Take Blackfriars Street (right) immediately before the football stadium. Turn left for parking. Away supporters site in the Blackfriars End.

From the South & London
Exit the M4 at junction 15 and take the A417 to Gloucester. Then follow the A49 to Ross-on-Wye and onto Hereford. At the roundabout, take the Grayfriars Bridge/Victoria Street road. At Steels Garage, keep left into Edgar Street. Take Blackfriars Street (right) immediately before the football stadium. Turn left for parking. Away supporters site in the Blackfriars End.

From the South West
M5 until junction 18a to take the M49. Join the M4 at junction 22 and turn left over the New Severn Bridge. At junction 24 take the A449 and follow until the Raglan roundabout. Take the Monmouth (A49 east) road and follow through first roundabout. At the roundabout, take the A4137. Join the A49 (left) and follow the signs for Hereford. At the second roundabout, take the Grayfriars Bridge/Victoria Street road. Then As South.

There is a large pay and display car park at the ground.

By Train
Hereford Station is under a ten minute walk away. "Come out of the station and turn left and down the road towards the Safeway supermarket. Cut through the Safeway car park (heading left) and follow the pedestrian walkway out of the store out onto Commercial Road.

Go left down Commercial Road, where you will pass the Merton Hotel on your right and a Wetherspoons pub on your left. At the top of the road at the traffic lights, turn right (against the direction of the traffic) into Blueschool Street. Keep walking along here until you come to a set of lights and a multi storey car park opposite and to the right (this is Widemarsh Street). Cross over and bear slightly right and cut up a walkway between the car park and Garrick House (council offices) where you come into a car park (if you head left you will find the Newmarket Pub) head right and walk out the car park. Turn left and you cant miss the ground, it's on your right".

Coaches from the Arena will leave from Car Park C at 4pm. There is free parking for those using the coach in this car park.
