A big, big "thank you" to all of those who turned out yesterday (20 July).
If you were one of the 7,000 who took part in the rally, then you contributed to the biggest gathering of Sky Blues fans since the 1987 Cup Final homecoming.
Coventry City supporters really are the "Real Fans" that the Football League claim allegiance to in their slogan. You showed them that slogan is nothing more than empty words. If our owners really want to know what the fans really think, you told them.
You would have filled the "home" section of Northampton's ground. It's doubtful that as many will make the trip if the groundshare goes ahead.
A special mention should go to the fans from other clubs who came and supported us. Our fight is fast becoming symbolic of the need for reform in the governance of football.
For those who could not be there but sent good wishes through Facebook, Twitter, and on the messageboards, your support was really appreciated.
We've got a huge number of pictures, taken by our members and others, and we're putting together a gallery of photos so keep an eye on the site for news.
Once again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You should all be proud to call yourselves Sky Blues.
