Coventry City manager Chris Coleman has said that Kevin Thornton has a chance to try and win a place in City's team.
The midfielder is back from a loan spell at Brighton & Hove Albion and was on the bench for the FA Cup game against Kidderminster Harriers on Saturday.
"Kevin Thornton has come back from Brighton because we have so many bodies missing and he has got a chance and I hope he kicks on now," said Chris Coleman to the CT.
"He didn't get on against Kidderminster but he has been back with the squad for a few days. "He was in and out at Brighton and came off the bench a few times so he is going to have to up it to get into our team. Potentially, ability wise there is not a problem with Kev but it is fitness and strength which he will have to prove."
