Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has praised both sides and the referee for getting City's match against AS Roma played to a finish.
The conditions were horrible with thunderstorms and rain close to that which saw the game at Nuneaton Town on Saturday abandoned after 51 minutes.
However, both sides played the match to its conclusion and Pressley told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner: “There was a willingness from both teams and the referee to keep the game on.
"It wasn’t ideal but you have to give credit to both sets of players because it was played in an outstanding manner, so all in all it was a really worthwhile exercise.”
