Carlisle United manager Graham Kavangh felt that his side put in a good all round performance during their 2-1 win against Coventry City on Tuesday night.
Speaking to the Carlisle News And Star, Kavanagh said: “To come away to such a good side and achieve back-to-back victories is very pleasing and will give the lads confidence.
“It was an all-round really good performance.
“It’s also pleasing because of the fact we got beaten so heavily [4-0] against Coventry at home earlier in the season.
“I know they have lost a couple of big players, and we have also changed, but you still have to take that mental scar away and put a performance in - and we did that.”
