Jim O'Brien felt that Coventry City's 0-0 draw against Chesterfield was a good response to the Boxing Day disaster at Doncaster Rovers.
Speaking to Keiran Crowley, O'Brien said: "It was hugely frustrating. I thought we played well and it was a good response to a poor performance at Doncaster.
"It was one of those days where we just couldn't score. We created plenty of chances during the game but couldn't convert.
"There is only so much you can do. On another day, Gary Madine's free-kick goes in off the post and we win the game. It is really disappointing."
