Middlesbrough Manager Tony Mowbray felt that his side's 1-1 draw with Coventry City was a missed chance.
Had Middlesbrough won, they could have topped the Championship table, but Lukas Jutkiewicz's 75th minute equaliser meant that Middlesbrough dropped to fourth.
"It was a chance missed today, " Mowbray said to the Press Association. "We know that.
"When you look back we missed a few clear cut opportunities to wrap it up and we've said it time and again that at 1-0 you are never safe.
"We controlled the game for long spells and apart from their goal they didn't have chances whereas we did. That's the frustrating thing.
"Of course there are reasons. We only had one striker and that makes it difficult as we weren't getting enough people into the box plus we had a game in midweek and they didn't and maybe that was a factor too.
"So yes, we are disappointed but that's football. And I'm happy: we are playing well and we are still unbeaten and we are looking to push on."
