The MD said:"Micky's done ever so well here at the Ricoh. "He's got the side to mid-table and now it'd be nice to have a little burst towards the end of the season.
"But we won't count our chickens and we want to start building for next season when we want to have a real go at getting promotion.
"My job is to make sure we can back the manager in the financial department to the greatest extent possible."
