Coventry City manager Micky Adams has told SkySports.com that he fears for his job as Sky Blues boss.
The former City defender who has been linked with a role at Sheffield United said: "Fifty percent of our fans have written us off and 50 percent are with me. "Perceptions are clouded by our league position.
"But I knew it was a tough job - we were in a relegation battle before I arrived and nothing's changed.
"I have to keep going in the hope that it does change. "But I'm not daft - managers get sacked because of results.
Last week, Micky Adams was backed in a poll on this site with 54.5% of City fans who replied to the question "Does Micky Adams Have Your Continued Support?" saying yes with 34.5% giving a negative response and 10.9% not knowing.
