Adams on Brighton
Adams said: "We had three chances before we scored, and Scowcroft missed one at the death that would have won it for us. "We looked dangerous going forward, especially in the first half, but we couldn't score the goal we deserved. I was delighted with our play going forward but in the end it's a disappointing afternoon.
"It's always difficult, but whoever plays for me does their best, and the fans can be assured that whoever lines up against Crystal Palace in our next game will do their very best."
On the reception,he received from Brighton fans,he commented: "I had a fantastic rapport with the fans here and it's always nice when you go back and get a good reception," he said.
