Adams On Cardiff Win

Micky Adams said: "We are a progressive club and for the first time people are starting to talk about football here and how we can go on and improve the squad.

"We had a chance to make the top 10 and we hadn't done that since relegation.

"Now we have finished eighth and that is a fantastic achievement. The set-up here is terrific."
