Micky Adams said after today's embarrising 5-0 defeat at West Brom: "You get days like this. Apart from Colin Cameron I think the rest will find it hard to look at themselves in the mirror.

"Some of the goals were basic defensive errors. I was shocked and the second half was a long 45 minutes.

"We will keep going and the players have not let me down too many times this season."
