Micky Adams refused to blame his players for not being able to find the net during the 1-0 defeat at Wolves last night.
The City boss told the CT: "It's a clear foul leading up to the goal. "Everyone in the ground has seen it. "But I cannot go and speak to the referee as he is not going to listen to me.
"I cannot ask anymore of my players than that. "Wolves are one of the top teams and if we continue to play like that this season we are going to be okay.
"We can take plenty of confidence from this. "You can't fault Wolves because they defended well but I can't think of too many saves that my keeper has had to make in the entire game."
