Former Coventry City caretaker manager Adrian Heath is close to signing Brazilian star Kaka, according to various media reports.
Heath, who was brought to Coventry by Peter Reid, took over from the former Everton legend as caretaker for City in 2005 and had another spell in 2007 in charge of the Sky Blues before Iain Dowie was appointed.
The Stoke City supporter has been working in America since 2008, managing the Austin Aztec before they moved to Florida to become Orlando City in 2010. They play in the USL league
Kaka is a personal friend of Orlando City Owner/Investor Flavio Augusto da Silva and met with him and Heath a couple of weeks ago.
