Coventry City forward John Fleck has been given the all clear by a Swindon hospital after the Scot was taken there following a challenge with Nathan Thompson.
Initially, Fleck has been thought to be suffering from a fractured skull and bleeding from his ear but the hospital has given him the all clear and he has returned to Coventry, where he will be monitored by City's medical staff this week.
Mark Robins had fumed about this incident and the one which saw Richard Wood forced off with a broken nose and told Janine Self, working for The People; "Fleck was barely conscious and his ear's split.
"They couldn't stitch it and there was blood coming out of it. I have one player in hospital and one with a broken nose. I am not happy at all."
