Former Coventry City defender Sam Allardyce has said that he is not ruling out the possibility of a return to the game.
Allardyce, yesterday, lost his £3m year job as England manager after being exposed by the Daily Telegraph, who have now switched their attention to league managers, who have been accepting money from agents to take players.
The former defender who joined City from Millwall and played for one season at Highfield Road, was asked whether the England job would be his last as a manager and he replied: "Who knows? We'll wait and see.
"Unfortunately it was an error of judgement on my behalf.
"I've paid the consequences. Entrapment has won on this occasion and I have to accept that."
"The agreement was done very amicably with The FA and I apologise to those and all concerned in the unfortunate position I've put myself in."
