An American investor is understood to be interested in buying Coventry City if they go into administration.
According to a number of rumours, the potential investors are rumoured to have been given a tour of the Ricoh Arena by ACL Interim CEO Jacky Isaac and Joe Elliott was spotted with an American businessman at Tuesday night's 2-2 draw with Colchester United.
With SISU in charge, anyone wishing to take over the Sky Blues would be looking at a minimum investment of around £100m, however, if the club are placed into administration by the actions of Arena Coventry Limited then they should be able to acquire the club for a fraction of the price.
