Coventry City manager Andy Thorn is being quoted by The South Wales Echo as saying there is an air of inevitability about Richard Keogh and if he stays or goes.
Everyone would like him to stay at Coventry City but Championship clubs such as Cardiff City, Leeds and Derby County who can offer higher wages are currently being reported as being interested in the Player Of The Year for the last two seasons.
Andy Thorn is being quoted as saying by the South Wales Echo; "There is an air of inevitability about Richard. That's how it is. He's a good lad and if he stays he stays, if he goes that's it.
"That's business and all clubs lose their better players at some stage and we just move on.
"Everybody is resigned to it. If we are honest with ourselves, we can't have a player going into the last year of his contract, who hasn't or won't sign an extension.
"We have planned for that and we'll pick ourselves up, wish Richard all the best and move on."
