Coventry City manager Mark Robins described his side''s winning start to pre-season as an ideal workout.
The Sky Blues won 1-0 at Sutton United with an 86th minute goal from trialist Greg Moorhouse, who acquited himself well, and speaking about the win, Mark Robins told the club website:"It was an ideal workout. When we were planning pre-season we were looking to try and replicate what we would be facing in League Two and they were a really strong team.
"It's a really good standard, good quality 3G pitch and the only downside was the injury to Ryan Haynes. We'll probably lose him for a little while and may have to stay behind for our tour to Spain.
"First Pre-Season game I'm not going to nitpick too much, it was a decent performance and it was nice to finish the game with a win as well."
