Coventry City MD Chris Anderson has said that the club will get work hard to get the ticketing issues right.
Both City and Portsmouth supporters were forced to queue for tickets which had not been sent, not arrived in the post or had to be collected and a couple of hundred missed the kick off of the 3-2 extra time victory over Portsmouth due to problems caused by Ticketmaster, who also levied a £1 charge on anyone buying a ticket.
Mr Anderson, who has been under-fire from many sections of the support, tweeted: "Grateful to all who came to support the team tonight.
"Still some ticketing issues to be worked out.
"Will work hard to get it right."
