Former Coventry City youngster Robert Ogelby played for 73 minutes of Wales U19's 3-1 defeat to Norway in a UEFA U19 Qualifier.
Ogleby picked up his second booking of the tournament in a match played in Sarpsborg which saw the hosts taking a third minute lead.
Wales levelled in the seventh minute through Swansea City's Lee Lucas but de Landly scored in the 26th minute and Neilsen in the 74th to give Norway their second win of the tournament.
Wales final game is on Monday against Moldova with Norway needing just a point from their game against Serbia who beat Moldova 5-0 to qualify.
