Former Coventry City winger Peter Ndlovu is to make a comeback with the team for whom he was spotted playing for by Bobby Gould.
Ndlovu who has been playing in South Africa is returning to his native Zimbabwe to play for Highlanders and he told the Sunday News in Bulawayo: "What I am promising is that I will be playing six months to a year next year but that will be prior to my testimonial match which is being organised.
"It will be a matter of choice for me but through my advisors nothing is impossible. "I respect the people who say that (I will play for Highlanders), I respect the community and the club but I still have to consider which club I will be playing for.
"There are also plans for the return of the Peter Ndlovu Youth Tournament next year, this will be in conjunction with the testimonial match," added Ndlovu.
Ndlovu's brother Adam who was also on City's books, playing mainly for City Reserves, is also back in Zimbabwe and now plays for Highlanders.
