Coventry City face another trip to Leyton Orient next season after the O's were beaten on penalities by Rotherham United in the League One Play-Off Final following a 2-2 draw.
At Wembley Stadium, Orient, who had former Sky Blues Robbie Simpson and loanee Chris Dagnall on the bench, took on Rotherham United and went ahead through Moses Odubajo in the 35th minute.
Four minutes later, Odubajo turned provider to cross for Dean Cox to score a second and give the East Londoners a 2-0 lead at the break.
In the 54th minute, the Millers, who had former City keeper Scott Shrearer on the bench, pulled a goal back when a free kick was fumbled and Alex Revell was able to bundle the ball into the empty net.
Five minutes later, Ravell went for it with a right footed volley from thirty yards and the ball flew into the net to draw Rotherham level.
In the 76th minute, Chris Dagnall came on for Kevin Lisbie as the game went into extra time and then penalties which were 4-3 to Rotherham when Chris Dagnall stepped up and had his penalty saved.
