Appleton: I Hope Coventry Come Out Of Their Troubles

Oxford United head Coach Michael Appleton has said that he hopes Coventry City get out of their troubles.

 

Oxford take on City who are bottom of League One tonight at the Ricoh Arena and he told his club's website: "I hope they do come out of their troubles and do get things sorted out but we don’t want to let them off the hook on Tuesday.

 

"I imagine if they can make a fast start and get a goal then their fans will make it hard for us but let’s not try and kid each other; we know we can win the game but it is going to take a performance like Saturday’s rather than the previous Sunday.”
