It was named the Best UK Venue at International Confex, held at Earls Court in London.
Gary Atkinson, operations director for All Leisure, said: "To win this prestigious award is a tremendous endorsement of what we offer at the Ricoh Arena, especially when you take into account that we have only been open for six months.
"Confex is the premier exhibition in the events industry and to win this award in the face of such quality competition is a wonderful achievement."
