Atherstone Town need a point from their game with Feckenham on Saturday if they are to become champions of the Midland Combination Premier Division. It had been originally announced on the Midland Combination website, that Adders has beaten Bolehall Swifts 2-0.on Monday.However, the actual score it now transpires was 2-2 and with Coventry Sphinx winning 4-3 at Pilkington, Adders who have a superior goal difference need a point to take the title. They have been accepted into the Midland Alliance even if they dont win the league.
Coventry Copsewood lost 2-1 at home to Shifnal, Massey Ferguson won 1-0 at Feckenham, Alveston had a great 4-1 win at Meir KA whilst Southam United beat Pershore 2-0.
In the first division, Leamington Hibernian beat Mile Oak Rovers 2-0 but Stockingford lost 1-0 at home to Burntwood.
