Coventry City London Supporters Club (CCLSC) are pleased to announce that it has been named Winner of the Best Newsletter for 2017, in the recent APFSCIL awards.
The Association of Provincial Football Supporters' Clubs In London (usually referred to as APFSCIL) was formed in the mid-seventies and has grown from a handful of supporters' groups to a 42-member body, representing today well over 8,000 football supporters. The range of teams represented is impressive, from Premier League Liverpool to non-league outfits such as Barrow and Chester.
CCLSC joined APFSCIL in February 1997.
CCLSC Chair Colin Henderson said: "I sincerely thank APFSCIL for honouring CCLSC with the 2017 Newsletter of the Year Award. I especially want to thank Barry Chattaway, Robin Ogleby and Simon Fahy for their input each month and especially to Ian Davidson for co-ordinating, writing and issuing the monthly newsletter. It is a great honour to be recognised by other supporters for all the work that goes into producing our newsletter."
