Coventry City captain Carl Baker has said that he want promotion for the Sky Blues this season.
Baker, who has given up alcohol in order to keep up his standards, told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner: “I’m really excited about the new season and looking forward to it,” he said.
“I want a promotion and I am not going to beat about the bush with any excuses, we need to get promoted this year.
“Never mind all the off-field problems, at the end of the day we need to get back up to the Championship which is our main aim.”
