Speaking to the CT, the City boss said:"People look at Cardiff and Barsnley and think the Cardiff game will be the tougher of the two but this was always going to be the toughert of the three games because Ipswich was away from home and no-one really expects you to take anything against Cardiff. But people think this is the one and that's when people generally take their foot off the pedal and that's why I have been all over the boys making sure they know it is the toughest game because of the expectation and the fact we hd two decent performances.
"Every game is a chance to get three points but if you take your opponent lightly and dis-respect them then they will come back and kick you where you don't want to be and slap you in the face because that's what the Championship is - if you are not at your best you get beat - because there are no gimmees in this league.
"I am expecting them to come with a game plan to try to get Andy Gray and Goran Lovre in the hle, trying to create chances and catch us on the counter attack. Although they have not had results away from home, they have certainly had performances."
