The battle to sign Coventry City midfielder Ben Stevenson is hotting up, according to various reports.
Many of the City support feel that the Sky Blues Chairman Tim Fisher who gave the impression in his radio interviews that he is seemingly more interested in balancing books than what division City play in, will cash in on Stevenson who has come through City's Academy at the first opportunity and has refused to rule out selling the few players City could actually demand a fee for.
Stevenson is under contract until June 2020 but a number of Championship clubs including Brentford are being reported as interested in the midfielder who has a reputation for long range goals.
