Coventry City captain has urged his fellow players to be patient.
Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner, Baker said: “We’re obviously aware how important results are at the moment and if we try too hard it could start going wrong.
“We have to be patient and can’t panic. We need to concentrate on taking each game at a time and just keep picking up points and see how we go.
“I’ve said it before, the season will run out before we know it. I wish we had another ten games on top of what’s left but I have still got confidence that we’re going to get to the play-offs.”
