Former Coventry City midfielder/defender John Beck has said that he has not resigned or been sacked by Kettering Town FC.
Beck took over the troubled side now playing in the Evo-Stik Southern Premier League in the summer on a two year deal.
There had been plenty of rumours prior that Beck had been sacked but he turned up for last Saturday's FA Trophy game against Concord Rangers.
Then, following a number of meetings with club officials, he was eventually escorted from the Nene Park stadium with chief scout Alan Doyle taking charge of the side for the tie which Kettering lost.
Speaking to BBC Radio Northamptonshire today, Beck said that he had neither resigned or had been sacked.
