Coventry City central defender Ben Turner, who scored the winning goal at Bristol City on Saturday, has thanked and praised his partner in the centre of the City defence Richard Wood for his hard work and for making it possible for him to score.
The big 22 year old defender (pictured above) has been a revelation this year and has produced some sterling performances in the Sky Blue shirt and has already scored three times this season, including the winner at Ashton Gate.
That's twice now that Woody has done all the hard work for me to be able to score the goals that I have done," said Turner to the CT. I'm obviously delighted to have got another goal and hopefully we can use this game as a platform to keep moving forward."
"We wanted four points from these last two away games and we've come away with three and I think that sets us up great for the next two home games we have against Preston and Doncaster."
