Coventry City boss Chris Coleman has told Leon Best he has got to make sure that his performances don't lead him to be booed again.
The Nottingham born striker, who was Young Player Of The Year last season has been booed by sections of the home support on a number of occasions over the last few home games but Chris Coleman told the CT: "In all honesty,I could have substituted anyone on Saturday and the fans could have cheered, so it wasn't just Besty.
"He has been a little off target of late and that happens at every club. "He has got to roll his sleeves up and come out and stick his chest out. The one thing with our supporters is they will forgive our boys for having a bad day if they see effort but they didn't last Saturday.
"The fans get frustrated with that and so do I and we can't argue with them but anyone could have got the treatment Besty got.
"It is unfortunate for Besty but that's football and he is a big boy. "He has got to make sure it doesn't happen again
