Micky Adams has blamed a lack of confidence amongst the players for the defeat against Crystal Palace.
The City boss who appears not to accept that installing confidence in his players is his responsibility said after the game: "We were undone today by individual errors which you can never legislate for and to be fair we never gave up and kept going.
Blame It On The Confidence - Adams
"We are suffering in confidence but we kept going which we owe to the fans and ourselves and if there are any positives we can take from the game it is that we won the second half."
He also added that he is looking for a new defender and said: "It is a definite possibility and I will speak to the chairman and the board as soon as I can.
