Coventry City manager Aidy Boothroyd, speaking after watching his side put in an under par performance in another defeat for, has emphasised the need for consistency.
City went down to a 1-0 home defeat to Hull City through a first half strike from Aaron Maclean and Coventry are now in 19th place in the Championship table.
The defeat now means Coventry City have only won once in 16 league games, but the news was not all bad.
Westwood returned to action after missing a game and a half with a hip injury and the Sky Blues did manage to cause a few problems to the Tigers despite never looking likely to score.
This prompted the City boss Aidy Boothroyd to comment, "It is about consistency, it is about responsibility and it is about accountability."
"The first half today was just a lacklustre game and whether it is the backlog of recovery from Tuesday I don't know but it is the same for Hull."
"We can make excuses like bad luck or when players get injured and suspended but it gives other players the opportunity to step up and play. If we are consistent we will win more games."
"It is disappointing, annoying, irritating, all those words and it boils down to being consistent and doing your job. We mustn't feel sorry for ourselves."
