Coventry City manager Aidy Boothroyd has said that he wants to change the levels of expectation at the club.
Boothroyd Wants To Change Expectation Levels
Speaking to the CT, the City boss said: "Expectations here have been so low for so long and we are tryng to change them - everybody's got to be more demanding of themselves and each other.
"Sometimes's teams all like each other and that's obviously important but they have got to like winning more than they like each other and that's what I and the staff are working to do.
"Football is so fickle, it can change so quickly that you've got to keep on top of everybosy and make sure we're having these conversations in a better position.
"If we manage it at the end of the season, we'll pat ourselves on the back and say well done - but only for a while because then we'll be looking at problems for next season."
