Coventry City are to release Bouwe Bosma.
Former Recruitment Boss Tommy Widdrington recommended Bosma to the Sky Blues and after featuring for City U23's in pre-season, the signing from Lewes FC, stuggled to command a place in City U23's defeat ahead of Morgan Williams, Sam McCallum, Jak Hickman and now Declan Drysdale, who had slotted into the team superbly.
Injuries have not helped Bosma's case and the defender has been loan out twice with his spell at Salisbury effectively ending his season.
Mark Robins told the Coventry Telegraph about Bosma: “We are trying to get him something sorted out and trying to move him on.
"It’s not going to work out for him here and we’re going to try to help him to get a game but he’s injured at the minute and will be for the rest of the season.
“He’s done his ankle ligaments so I am disappointed for him."
